Victoria Justice Launches Girl Up Campaign
Victoria Justice attended the launch of the United Nations Foundation’s Girl Up campaign.
The “Victorious” beauty looked cute in jeans and a tee as she posed for pictures and talked with press at the Vanderbilt YMCA in New York City.
