Miley Cyrus Gets Pulled Over In North Hollywood
Most states are cracking down on their citizens for using cell phones while driving and Miley Cyrus learned that lesson the hard way.
The “Party in the USA” gal was pulled over for chatting on her cell en route to a massage in North Hollywood, CA.
